New update has just gone live.

I was not able to confirm Ogg Vorbis specifically not working, but found and fixed a bug causing general app instability, which could have potentially led to what you have observed (it did cause wrong playlist to be played during my test).

If the issue persists, please email a sample problem Ogg file to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis.

The problem still persists. I'll be able to email a sample later. The files play fine on my pc.

More info:
My media library scan indicates that all my files are being scanned(30,000 files) but only my MP3's(tiny fraction of the 30,000) show in the media library.

Still cannot figure why Ogg files would not play.
Ogg Vorbis works.
Opus (uses Ogg container) works, with either .opus or .ogg extension.
Ogg FLAC works - not that this can possibly be the case, you would not have 30000 lossless files on a phone would you.
Ogg Speex doesn't work - it's a speech codec which has mostly been obsoleted by Opus, it's not even meant for music. Are you sure that your files aren't encoded with Speex?

I'm afraid I need a sample to know what's going on. Or open one of your files in regular foobar2000, copy all technical infos and paste to a forum post, that will at least reveal what codec & encoder version it is we're dealing with.
