if OpenSL is enabled on Foobar, itís impossible to play file over 44100Hz, error: 9


This DAP has hardware capable to play file up to 24/192000Hz, here you can find a post from Pegasus21 with some good infos (I think)

I own DP-X1A, I also found 3rd party app do not play at full res

I tested today when I play with native Music app hi-res output, and play at the same time by Neutron and Poweramp, the sound will play concurrently (overlap)
I test the same with foobar2000, it will stop the Music app play and play like better than Neutron and Poweramp.

I do not know if this means the foobar2000 is outputting 24/192 by internal DAC, but it sound similar to default hi-res Music app, and better than Neutron and Poweramp

Any comment Peter?

If it is playing, the only thing I wish to have is LRC support to be added....
