I get this ongoing error message shown below when I attempt to open a FLAC File in foobar2000; any possible fixes?

Unable to open item for playback (Error parsing cuesheet: invalid TITLE syntax (line 95)):
"D:\Johnson\1999 All The Music\Johnson - All The Music.cue"

Below is part of the cue file:

REM GENRE Vocal
REM DATE 1999
REM DISCID 16100D12
REM COMMENT "ExactAudioCopy v0.99pb5"
PERFORMER "Johnson"
TITLE " All The Music "
FILE "Johnson - All The Music.wav" WAVE
TRACK 01 AUDIO
TITLE "All The Music"
PERFORMER "Johnson"
INDEX 01 00:00:00

*************************

Below is Line 95 (Title Syntax Error):

TRACK 19 AUDIO
TITLE "Love Me More (Peter Parker. Mix)" (THIS IS LINE 95)
PERFORMER "Johnson"
INDEX 00 68:58:21
INDEX 01 68:59:16

I finally figured it out. The Title: "Love Me More" (Peter Parker.Mix)" had three quotation marks which I also accidently forgot to add here (forum post). I eliminated the one after "More" and now it works just fine.

TRACK 19 AUDIO
TITLE "Love Me More" (Peter Parker. Mix)" (THIS IS LINE 95 IS INVALID)
PERFORMER "Johnson"
INDEX 00 68:58:21
INDEX 01 68:59:16

**************************************
Eliminated one of the quotation marks in the title area and now it works fine (shown below):

TRACK 19 AUDIO
TITLE "Love Me More (Peter Parker. Mix)" (THIS IS LINE 95 IS NOW VALID)
PERFORMER "Johnson"
INDEX 00 68:58:21
INDEX 01 68:59:16
