I use Foobar mobile on an Android head unit in my car, mostly for the simple UI & navigation but most importantly the quick folder browsing and reliable playback resume on launch.
It normally resumes on the now playing screen, but if I go off this to the menu or directory listing I can't find a way to display now playing again without selecting a different track to play. My suggestion is a menu option that can enable the Now Playing to auto display if no input for <x> seconds (maybe 15?)
