Public preview of foobar2000 Universal Windows App
A public preview version of foobar2000 for Windows 10 (Universal Windows Platform) and Windows Phone 8.1 has been released.
The codebase is the same as the current beta version available to testers, with some features disabled until decisions on free/premium functionality are made.
Notable changes from the beta series
- Windows 10: No FFmpeg used for decoding - Microsoft codecs used for MP3 & AAC. FFmpeg is used on Windows Phone 8.1 though.
- No ReplayGain scanner
For additional information, see foobar2000 for Windows Phone readme
