I didn't think this was possible? Can you import/export playlists cross-platform like that?

PC playlist like m3u to Mobile is okay. While linux style path split is compatible on both windows platform ,linux and mobile platform.
What the only missing stuff is mobile program provide function to export the playlist like m3u format which use the relative path should work easily on all platform.

you can take *.fpl from PC and directly play it on mobile if you have the same songs in FB2K Mobile's library

don't remember if FB2K Mobile allows exporting playlist for you to transfer to PC
