Discussion on the forums indicates that the Android version supports ID3 tags with multiple values.

However, I tagged my collection in desktop foobar2000, applying multiple genre labels for each track (through the "split value" option), and my library won't display right for OGG Opus files.
The mobile genre view functions correctly for MP3, but displays multiple values on Opus tracks in one sequence like "Electronic; Ambient; Experimental", instead of showing up in the individual lists for Electronic, Ambient and Experimental.
It would be wonderful if mobile foobar consistently supported %<field>% syntax across different formats, especially since using multiple values is the tagging standard for Vorbis Comments.

I am using foobar2000 1.20 beta on Android 5.1.1.
