    These files are tagged only with ID3v1, and in foobar2000 mobile, the only "ANSI" code page supported is Windows codepage 1252. No attempt is made to support any sort of "system" relevant code page through iconv or similar. Even if it did support a "system" code page through iconv, it would likely need to "detect" this from platform specific language settings, then make an assumption about what sort of 8 bit encoding to support for each possible language.

    For now, you'll need to settle for adding either ID3v2 or APEv2 tags.
