    Convert stereo to 4 channels

    I miss this DSP: "Convert stereo to 4 channels".

    It creates an immersive sound on 5.1 systems.

    - Will it be available in the future?

    The opposite "Downmix channels to stereo" is already available.

    What is the point of upmixing to 4 channels when the target devices usually only support stereo output?

    Android supports audio over USB.
    By Configuring usb mode as midi, you can connect 5.1/7.1 headsets or external soundcard to your phone.
    HibyMusic app supports playing over USB. My 5.1 headset works fine with android USB when using HibyMusic.
    It would be great to have USB audio and a 5.1 upmixer im foobar2000.
