skin for a car stereo

Hi all,

i bought for my car a stereo based on Android, and i would like to use Foobar for playing my music on a USB key>

Everything works perfectly without the size of the text font which are too small to manipulate music during i drive (the radio is in landscape mode)

I would like to create a skin where i would like to increase the font size by 10 for the "browse" and "folders" part. what part should i change in the skins template ?
