Some of my MP3 files show no covers on my iPhone's foobar2000. But they can be displayed on Windows. I use MP3Tag to examine them and found that those songs' Cover Type were set to Media Cover, while the Cover Type of songs whose cover can be displayed correctly on iPhone were Front Cover.
